Order processing time
Most orders are dispatched the same day if received before 6 pm. Orders are not dispatched or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, delivery may be delayed by a day.
Delivery rates & delivery estimates
Free Royal Mail Tracked 24, Parcel Force Next Day, or DPD next day for all orders. Delivery location and package size will determine the carrier used.
Delivery times to remote areas
While delivery times are generally uniform across the UK, there may be instances where it takes a bit longer to deliver to more distant or isolated locations such as remote highland or island areas.
Dispatch Confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Dispatch Confirmation email once your order has dispatched containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damages
Ink Hero is not liable for any products damaged or lost during transit. If you received your order damaged, please contact the delivery carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
